About me

Hello, my name is Mark Tidwell and I'm a native of Atlanta. Yes there are still a few of us left. My Family has an incredible history in Georgia, including the "Tidwell BBQ Place" in Buckhead dated around the 1920's!

I have a passion for the outdoors and frequently visit Lake Lanier and enjoy camping in the North Georgia Mountains with my wife and my Labrador retriever named Boo Boo.

I grew up in Mableton, Georgia and through life's events I've lived in Dayton, Ohio and Hazel Crest, IL. After attending Wright State University as a Computer Science Major, I returned home to Georgia.

I soon realized my passion for becoming an entrepreneur. I entered the Real Estate industry in 2005 as a licensed sales agent and became a broker within the minimum 5 year required time frame.

Shortly after becoming a broker my desire to become an entrepreneur became a reality as I opened my first and only Real Estate firm - Linc Realty of Atlanta

Shortly after opening, the housing market went "bust"; What a bummer that was! We were fortunate enough to pursue and execute the engagement of several moderately sized foreclosure holding companies. Without these accounts we would have never survived. We were very fortunate and grateful.

Throughout my Real Estate career I've witnessed many if not all of my colleagues making tens of thousands of dollars for several hours of work.

I knew for certain this type of commission structure was unsustainable. So I went to work; laid out my business model and developed this website.
