  • $399.00 Due at Listing Appointment gets you listed in the MLS.
  • $100.00 Supra Lock Box Rental Fee (Optional*). This is the same lock box as used by all agents in Georgia. We do NOT charge a $50 deposit fee for the lock box as most other Flat Fee Companies. Limited Service Area to Metro Atlanta. Your not responsible for returning the lock box as we will pick it up after closing. After all the Lock Box is the last thing you need to be worried about when closing on your property.
  • .0070 times the contracted sales price only due at Closing; This includes the .0012 percent charged to us by the FMLS! So just a little over one half of one percent closing fee.
  • I'm available to answer your questions, receive offers, negotiate contracts etc. - Monday through Sunday 365 Days a Year!
  • No ending term to your listing agreement. We'll renew your Listing until your home sells provided that the listing has never lapsed and or we have never retrieved the Lock Box and Sign from the property being previously listed.

The Ebb and Flow of the Real Estate industry is changing forever. There are companies that will buy your home below market value i.e. "ibuyers" We call these companies Equity Sharks because that's exactly what they are! Do you know your giving away up a HUGE chunk of your equity. I promise one day you'll wish you had your equity back!

Then there are agents that look at you like you've got a "lollipop stuck side ways in your mouth" when you ask them to reduce their commissions and there's a few that will but probably not enough to make you happy.
